why was i allowed to watch for free the first three episodes on HBO of the Sopranos on my pc. and now i cant get it because they keep telling me i have to subscribe to HBO. What is the problem, can we watch HBO for free on line or not. if not stop puting on our home page that we can. thank you

I think there are people that work here, that do reply, but they have NEVER addressed this issue. Revolution is finally on there. None of the other shows I mentioned are. At least Comcast got Comcast to load on a Comcast show! That only took 3 days after the show aired and 2 days after that particular one was available on Hulu+, Xbox video and just downloading it.

Way to go Xfinity!

If I'm getting overly sarcastic, how should I act towards a company that is willing to take my money, but won't lift a finger to address, much less fix, a problem?

Why is the HD quality of Xfinity's app on Xbox so terrible? I always click on the HD option of the OnDemand show but it's all pixelated? I know it's not my Internet connection because Netflix and Hulu show everything in HD. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,   I'm trying to use the xbox app but I keep getting a setup error that reads,

 

"We were unable to activate XFINITY TV on Xbox 360 for this device. The setup process had timed out. Please try again in a few minutes.

 

Code: 7995

App Version: 2.04"

 

Waiting a few minutes has not helped. Could anyone here help me? Searching through the forums has not yielded anything useful yet.

They are usually listed at the top. If not, either something is wrong, or you local stations don't allow it. Did they used to be listed?

Of the shows that have popped up, 2 Broke Girls, Revloution, Castle etc not a single one is in HD. I'm glad I have it at all, and it should be in SD, at least-not everyone has an HD TV. I can watch a show in SD. If someone doesn't have an HDTV, they can't watch anything unless it's in SD, if I remember right.

I am having the same issue - the same message occurs "Can't process your request Call 1-800...."

I'm in Minneapolis - are you? Just curious if it's an area thing. 

I'll drop service before I pay to have someone come fix their own problem after paying them thousands and thousands of dollars over the years.

MORE THAN A YEAR LATER & STILL NO RESOLUTION.. always random, always sporadic, never reliable, I swear this is ridiculous. Just more annoyed now tho cuz of missing out for the free previews yet again, ughh lol I mean c'mon this is why I don't subscribe to your pay-for-more-media services in the first place, cuz I dont want to pay any more than I already am wasting for stuff I cannot even watch as it is! But I very likely would sub if your product (OnDemand app for TiVo platform) wasn't so daymn flawed.. siiigh!! And ranted about it yet again on FB.. anyone else having the exact same issue??

I only have SD, so I don't have access to watch HD programming. Just checked again this morning, the Jan 7 SD episode of "Person of Interest" still unavailable. HD version is available.

Two weeks now and still no sign of this episode On Demand. Can anyone from Comcast comment on this or call CBS to get this problem solved?

This program stopped after only 36 mins. of playtime.  I was not able to see the end of the program.  Will you be re-playing this show? This was the series opener and probably the best show I have seen since the program began.  HELP!!

Do you have the 1/14/2104 episode available, at all? I still do not on the app. A week later and nothing.

You only have to pay if it's an issue in your house, get a 3.99 service plan keep it for 60 days, call for a tech, if it's an inside issue you're covered

I noticed this same problem a few days ago and called Comcast. The customer rep was unaware of the problem and reset my cable box. Of course, this didn't solve the issue but at least I now know I'm not the only one. Does anyone from Comcast bother to read these message posts? There are a few other strings of subscribers with the same problem. You'd think Comcast would've addressed it by now. This is why cable companies and premium channels are losing subscribers.

So, I tried to connect again today, and it worked this time. So I guess if anyone else gets this message, you maybe just have to wait for more than a few minutes. Possibly 24 hours. Good luck
