I'm having the same problem exactly. It started on or about Jan 14th and I've searched for answers on the Chrome end, even downloaded a small program from a link on their fan forums that was supposed to remove/disguise "incognito". Incognito is actually either turned on or off with every tab that is opened. Its not a question of disabling it overall! To complicate all of these problems, Xfinity will not work at all on IE8 or lower anymore, and the best I can tell, that is also a very recent development (estimating Thanksgiving time). Apparently, Xfinity updated the service making a modern browser necessary to use the service! Windows XP users cannot upgrade IE beyond 8, which is why I broke down and tried Chrome to begin with! Please give us a fix for this, the service is very expensive every month, and being able to catch up on sho

I know this is sort of an older thread but I wanted to add that the problem I'm experiencing with the On Demand movies isn't that there isn't close captioning. Rather, the close captioning appears, but it is garbled and therefore completely unreadable and useless. Like the others posting here, I have difficulty hearing and rely on the CC to watch these movies. It is extremely disappointing not to be able to use the CC service. Messing around with the remote will not fix it. Thank you.

I agree, been waiting for the Jan 7 Person of Interest to be available On Demand in SD. It is available in HD, and the Jan 14 episode is available in SD. Just want to know why Comcast can't or won't reach out to CBS.

I think Comcast isn't doing anything because no one cares. Out of all the people having issues with it, how many people are they hearing from? Most just shrug and accept the BS excuse that "they can't do anything."
Can you imagine, if when it came time to pay my bill, I said "sorry, I can't pay you. Not my fault?"
The shows, I mentioned are STILL not on there, as of Saturday. We are going on 2 weeks behind. Pretty pathetic when doing something semi-legal has better results and customer service than a service I'm paying for. They can't even be bothered to explain why they refuse to do anything.
Oh, add Fox's "Almost Human" to the list. I'm able to watch it on the Fox app, that is powered by Xfinity, but not the Xfinity for Xbox app.

Ads in video going on forever!!! STUPID !
Try watching moview RED (2010). It has ads every 10-15 minutes, and UNLIKE hulu, once you hit ad spot, the ads keep going and going , one after another, forever. Thats very stupid of the comcast team.

My wife has been watching old episodes of Felicity and she pointed out the same type of thing on those episodes as well. It seemed to be working fine prior to today and then all of a suddent it went from 20+ episodes a season down to 10 or as low as 4 in other seasons.
This appears to have started today 1/18/14. Hopefully Comcast knows what the problem is and will resolve it quickly. Especially since it appears to be affecting many streampix seasons.

Why isn't Game of Thrones on the HBO on demand?
My family would like to know why Game of Thrones is not available on HBO on demand. We subscribe to HBO and would like to see some episodes we have missed without having to purchase dvd's since we already pay for HBO programming. If we can watch it online on a computer why can't we watch it on our TV? Very frustrated that on demand is so limited.

It's not just you that is crazy. We all are. Comcast flexes their might and keeps most NBC and SYFY series etc, off Hulu+ etc, yet can't be bothered to put them on their own app? That's why when I torrent them, I say it on here. I would LOVE for them to try to bring some sanctions on me. I'm doing THEIR job for them. They can call the appropriate people, yet refuse. Bottom line, the job is to get the shows to my app.They fail. and are doing nothing to communicate they are fixing it.
I want to pay for the shows and do everything on the "straight and narrow" but I'm not seeing options.

On Demand is getting very disappointing. Watched Biggest loser On Demand & the number of commericials was ridiculous. Recorded the next week & the commercials were much less. And not because we fast forwarded through them.
